• Farmers Insurance is looking for a hard-working individual to join our team in Parker, CO for the Patricia Holmes Agency. We are looking for entrepreneurs who want to take control of their life and financial future. We have seen people from all backgrounds do very well in this industry and a large portion of that is due to the training and mentorship we provide.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Desire to continually learn new products and services
• No bankruptcies within the last 12 months, not more than $5000 in collections
• Favorable criminal record
• Be willing to work towards getting your Property, Casualty, Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Responsibilities:

• Create new and continued business by uncovering opportunities to upsell and cross-sell insurance products
• Hit the outlined business production objectives established by the agency
• Drive sales among potential clients by making phone calls, composing text messages and sending emails regularly
• Present prospective customers with the best insurance policy options to meet their needs after assessing their individual circumstances and goals
• Gain insurance agent self-sufficiency by collaborating with your mentor on confidence and skill-building.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must successfully complete a background check
• Candidates must have or be willing to get licenses to sell Property, Casualty, Life and Health insurance
• One year of experience working in sales or as an insurance agent is beneficial
• Should be great at making connections to build rapport and relationships with others
• Must display strong leadership and communication skills

Pay: $30,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
